Hope & Future are two short pieces for children’s or youth choir and piano about unity, diversity and the unifying language of music with the power of making a change. The music is part of a larger work, Suite for Hope (durata 7 min.), originally composed for a mixed string orchestra (level 3) commissioned by the Norwegian Youth Orchestra Organization, UNOF Rogaland. This work had its première in Stavanger Concert Hall 7. February 2016 and was performed by 170 young musicians of all ages. Later in 2016 a full symphonic version (level 2) with choir had its first performance at Side By Side by El Sistema, a Global Music Camp in Göteborg Sweden. This time it was performed by 350 young singers and musicians.
